Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing hustleseo.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site.

2. Services

Hustle SEO provides digital marketing, SEO, and web design services. Specific service agreements, deliverables, and timelines will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed between the client and Hustle SEO prior to commencing work.

3. Payment Terms

  • All invoices are due within 7 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Monthly retainer services are billed at the start of each service period.
  • Late payments may incur a 2% monthly interest charge.
  • Hustle SEO reserves the right to pause or terminate services for non-payment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and deliverables produced by Hustle SEO for a client become the property of the client upon full payment. Website designs, custom code, and written content are covered under this transfer of ownership.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing timely access to required assets, accounts, and approvals. Delays caused by client inaction may affect project timelines and Hustle SEO shall not be held responsible for such delays.

6. No Guarantee of Rankings

While we apply proven, white-hat SEO strategies, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings. Search engine algorithms change frequently and are outside our control. We commit to applying best-practice strategies designed to improve your organic visibility over time.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hustle SEO's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30-days written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain due and payable.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
